Allison Maling has a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She has worked in the legal field since 2018 and started working for The Techmeier Law Firm in 2020, advancing from Paralegal to her current position of Lead Paralegal.

Her main duties include but are not limited to keeping track of all bills, ordering and reviewing your medical records, setting up insurance claims and maintaining contact with those companies along with assisting you with all questions regarding your case. If your case goes into litigation, she also drafts and files pleadings, assists in preparing discovery and discovery responses and case management.

Since working for the firm, Allison has helped in settling multiple cases. From the start of your case through settlement or litigation, Allison is there every step of the way, assisting with all your questions and concerns regarding your case.
